The City of Columbia issued an arrest warrant for USC quarterback Stephen Garcia.

Garcia is being charged with malicious injury to personal property. According to the incident report, 34-year-old Adam Biggs says Garcia used a key to scratch his 2007 Toyota Corolla. Biggs’s car was parked on Greene Street near the USC campus Thursday afternoon.
