Review of “Bama Profiles in Courage: Laykin”: (Capers) Barr flexes through an emotional range that most writers would never dare attempt … Humor and Bama sorrow are fused together like twined tree trunks that keep each other standing…..It’s part satire, part character study, with a wry lens on fame, fandom, and the modern South. Well done, Capers, well done.”– Ian Allen, The Times Literary Supplement.

One of our intrepid and industrious readers sent us these screenshots of the Gainesville Sun’s article on Gator Ticket increases for the future. Here is the link to the current article [Gainesville] the link has since been “sanitized”. See if you can spot the changes in the article from the thumbnailed screen captures. Obviously the screen captures were not meant for the average Gator fan to view but it is interesting reading to see how the Bull Gator Alumni operate behind the scenes.

Are any of these Bull Gators serving up some homecooking as SEC Refs too [link]?

  1. Probably normal considering they own about every sport now. Wonder how they’re doing in the clothing department. Probably getting closer to Michigan these days.

  2. Just the facts, ma'am. Avatar
    Just the facts, ma’am.

What exactly does this prove….that the sidebar rotates?

  3. just passing along information from readers.

  4. When other teams win National Championships, do their ticket prices decrease?

  5. LL

you are aware that your Gates lost money winning the NC?

  6. Yes, I am aware of that, Jai.

  7. legal fees, drug rehab, bribes, and free scholarships cost money

  8. Again, this coming from a UT guy?

UT Football: 8 arrests in 2005, 7 arrests in 2006.

You have NO room to talk.

  9. Idiot, your program is coming apart at the seams and you want to point out faults with a program that is either fixed or close to being fixed.

I don’t know who is more stupid, Gators or Bammers…

  10. I think that Florida might actually come veryclose to catching the Vols. I just read that Herb worked to have the Brandon’s reduced to a misdemeanor.

This is exactly what this post is about. Bribes cost money…Changing charges reducing charges is not cheap.

What is the deal with Harvin and hadan getting into a fracas at Mojitos? how did that go away with the GPD?

  11. Tennesee “Either fixed, or close to being fixed!”

    Awesome slogan.

    Hahahhahahahaha.

This is describes Florida and I say this w/o emotion: The Gators are a trainwreck waiting to happen

  13. No Jai, Florida is not a trainwreck waiting to happen. It’s just that Tennessee fans like you want Florida to go down in a BLAZE of Glory (pun intended) so that UT can pass the buck/point the finger at them as being the most “arrested” team in the SEC.

Don’t believe me? Just look all over this site. 1/2 of the topics are about the Gators and your personal obsession with them. Hey, don’t get me wrong, it’s your site and you can write whatever the hell you want. But your obsession is getting old. And sad.

  14. mini-yo:

You have NO evidence that Florida is bribing anyone/changing charges. NONE!

Again I ask- has anyone ever won the National Championship and had their season ticket prices decrease the following year?!
