Review of “Bama Profiles in Courage: Laykin”: (Capers) Barr flexes through an emotional range that most writers would never dare attempt … Humor and Bama sorrow are fused together like twined tree trunks that keep each other standing…..It’s part satire, part character study, with a wry lens on fame, fandom, and the modern South. Well done, Capers, well done.”– Ian Allen, The Times Literary Supplement.

The latest college football rankings are out, and once again, I’m refusing to rank Ohio State at number two. Frankly, beating Penn State doesn’t earn them that high of a position.

Alright folks, this is the latest B1G “Sissy Slap Fight” of this week. The left wing liberal sports media —pushes these two teams as playoff contenders. And they do it every single year.

Fail, Bitch

Penn State lost of course. Penn State lost, as expected. The Big Ten conference seems to do whatever it can to keep itself relevant in the College Football Playoff conversation. The relentless hype around Ohio State is probably the best shot they’ve got—this game felt like pure malarkey.

There were four official replay reviews during the game, three of which influenced potential touchdowns or turnovers. Penn State ended up going 1-for-3 on these calls, including a crucial review in the fourth quarter. Bottom line: Penn State lost by just 7 points, but the officials seemed determined to make that outcome a reality.

Alright, enough on that.

My charting Tennessee’s path to the Playoffs of games to watch post was extremely intuitive . Iowa State: Gone. A&M: Adios. Penn State: Should be gone, but like fresh cat piss, will linger. More on the Big 10 deep-state playoff scenario later in the week.

Here is my top 10 for this week:

1. Oregon

2. UGA

3. Texas

4. Tennessee

5. Ohio State

6. Miami

7. Indiana

8. Army

9. BYU

10. Notre Dame
