Mal Moore, clearly frustrated with Alabama’s very public, very frustrating and fruitless search to replace Mike Shula, has begun a “pilot program”. This “pilot program” is not viewed as a break from the Build a Bear Workshops. But a parallel effort working in conjunction with the other.
