If you thought last night’s “contest” between THE Ohio State University and the Gators from Florida was only to determine the BCS Championship, you’re wrong. Dead wrong. No, January 8th, 2007 will go down as a historic day in the name of science.

Last night’s 41-14 cell rape of Ohio State gave Florida coach Herban Meyer his first National Title. But it also made him the frontrunner for a Nobel Prize. This blog has made a season long effort to chronicle Meyer’s effort to use marijuana as an effective coaching stategy. He even uses suspensions for mota use to confuse opponents.

It all started when Florida played South Carolina. Herban used his patented suspension algorithm and started previously suspended Jarvis Moss. The Cocks were so bewildered that Moss was able to block two kicks to preserve a victory for Florida. Now, no human being could have blocked those kicks without a little chemical assistance. Meyer concluded that it must have been the mota.

Fast forward to last night, Gator defenders were flying all over the field, some even without helmets, disrupting the heretofore, ESPN-annointed, best team ever. Now in the aftermath, experts are talking about how much team speed Florida has, and how slow Ohio State looked. It’s science people!

For years drug use experts claimed that marijuana use made one slow and lethargic. Herban Meyer has debunked this myth once and for all. Bravo, Herban. Bravo.
