In 2008, the Tecmo Bowl series will return, but Tecmo won’t tell us how just yet. [espn] The company teased a new installment in the hard-hitting sports franchise at an event in Japan today, but they only showed a logo and promised the game would be arriving on a surprising platform that we didn’t expect — maybe a handheld?
While all cool and stuff (my guess on the “Mystery Platform” is cellphones), unless they are somehow doing a really updated version of “Tecmo Bowl”, but, if it was really cool 3d graphics and stuff, it really wouldn’t be “Tecmo Bowl” anymore.

Yes, ESPN does video games, not only columns about them, but they show people playing John Madden football. That’s right folks, too lazy to play cards or not have any friends, ESPN. Can’t get your fat ass off the couch to pick up that PS2/Xbox 360 controller, not to worry, ESPN will also show people having fun playing video games so you don’t have to.
