Review of “Bama Profiles in Courage: Laykin”: (Capers) Barr flexes through an emotional range that most writers would never dare attempt … Humor and Bama sorrow are fused together like twined tree trunks that keep each other standing…..It’s part satire, part character study, with a wry lens on fame, fandom, and the modern South. Well done, Capers, well done.”– Ian Allen, The Times Literary Supplement.

Most of us have never heard of them anyway. Unless they were kicked out of a Big Boy School (The Florida Gators are the exception to this) for smoking weed or committing a felony. Here is the link [Sporting News].

  1. There are thousands of Boise State fans that would look at that list and say, “TCU #1?!?! We get no respect!!!!”

I wonder if that guy was paid for that article? I guess it’s further proof that you can create a manical debate over anything involving football. “Ahhhh, Bullshit!!!!! Western Michigan would beat Ball State’s ass!!”.

New Mexico will lose to New Mexico State. Where is UTEP? Why is UTEP dissed on this list?

Nevada would seriously kill W. Michigan, Troy, Tulsa, or Herban-less Utah. No love for the boys in silver and blue…
