Sometimes, God’s blessings are not in what he gives, but in what he takes away. Burn Bama Burn

A quick wiki. Everyone already knows this. Nick Saban quit. He said enough is enough, he couldn’t keep up. He raised the white flag of surrender. The legacy Bama NIL Program (Circa 1961) was too rigid and unable to maintain pace with peer and Near-pear threats in the 5th gen era. No more stacking 5 stars on 5 stars.

Bama, after whiffing on Kiffin, Sark, Lanning, and Dabo settle on their man. UW coach Kaleb DeBoer.

Does anyone think DeBoer is going to survive with Saban helicoptering over him? Everyone will defer to Saban, and there is zero chance that Saban will be able to contain himself. It the too much of a “blood and treasure” thing for Saban.

The expression commonly believed to be a smile – where the lips are pulled back completely to show both the top and bottom teeth – is actually what we call a fear grimace. Chimps make this expression when they are afraid, unsure, stressed, or want to appear submissive to a more dominant troop member.

Deboer will rue the day he agreed to allow Saban to retain full ‘open kimono’ access to the Bama football operations. Deboer burdened with the unenviable task of following a legend, granted Saban unprecedented access to Alabama’s football operations. A decision Saban himself, fiercely independent, would never have allowed.

The consequences are beginning to play out now. Alabama’s program, once seemingly stable and invincible, is unraveling like a ball of yarn coming loose from its spool. Players and coaches are departing in significant numbers, and the fanbase is in turmoil, directing their anger at those perceived as “traitors” and “quitters.”

Judge of the earth; pay back to the proud what they deserve.

“The self-described jewel of college football, boasting a record 79 National Championships and 142 SEC titles, has been reduced to nothing more than Mississippi State with a nicer campus. “
