What a Saturday. I took my own advice and shamelessly rooted for Ohio State to embarrass Indiana, Oklahoma to beat the one-trick pony Jalen Midrow /Bama, and Florida to beat smug Ole Miss.
Tennessee can not to overlook Vandy next week.
Does a 3-loss Bama and weak -ass Indiana team sneak into the playoffs? The media has worked tirelessly to shape this narrative. Would any other 3-loss team besides Bama even be pushed for a playoff spot by the media?
Some thoughts and reflections:
- The Tennessee Defense skunks a potent UTEP offense. This was the first time all season the Miners have not scored.
- Does anyone remember when Tennessee beat Florida and the legacy media dropped the Vols three spots in the polls?
- Or Florida and Oklahoma were not considered to be quality wins?
- Back in October Roman Harper making the playoff case for a 3-loss Bama?
- Last night, Bama sent up a Bat Signal and Birmingham ignored them?
- Colorado is still ass. The Sanders kids have anger issues
- The Dilrod Bowl, Missouri vs Indiana
My Top 10:
- Oregon
- Ohio State
- Texas
- UGA
- Vols
- SMU
- Notre Dame
- Miami
- Penn St
- Reluctantly, Boise
