I admire him for his emotional strength. Does anyone else see that he just wants to be held? It “sucks” that he could not let “it” go. I wept while watching this. I am sure that Kenny Chesney wept too. Go Gates Go.

Summary from the Sunshine Network and Gator Sports below:
When asked about his defensive secondary adjustments in the second half, “I put this loss on my Defensive Co-Coordinator that is not named Charlie Strong. It sucks that he had emergency appendectomy surgery at 2:00 Saturday”.
“Our O-Line didn’t block them all night long, so what plays was I supposed to call? Maybe our scheme sucked?”
“We make stupid penalties. The Officiating sucks”
Asked on his odd and excessive timeout expenditures throughout the game, “I got confused in space, that is on me. It sucks, it really really sucks”
Asked why he was cursing on national TV, “I do what I want to do, if I drop an F-Bomb so be it. That coach at Alabama last year did it all of the time, and your question sucks”
When asked about why he didn’t run any backs (i.e. Tebow had 19 carries while his backs combined for 3 or something like that), he just snorted like a deer in the headlights and shook his head like the question “sucked”.
When asked what his thought process was on the Gator final possession – i.e. why not run Tebow like the immediate previous drive that was a TD, he mewled a little about not blocking and Percy not catching the ball cleanly and getting dropped for -6 yards, and “then what was I supposed to do?”
When asked whether he thought the game was won when they tied 17-17, he rolled his eyes, snorted, looked at the reporter like he was an idiot and then said “No, obviously not then, but I thought we were going to win. Losing “sucks””
When asked to comment about one of his receivers who dropped a pass, the Cryer noted, “Yeah, he should be better. Cause if he doesn’t get better, it is going to “suck” to be him.”
