The impudent Lou Holtz, Brent Musburger, and ESPN/ABC (AKA “La Cosa Nostra”) are intent on tarnishing the purity and sancity of the BCS. Like Easter and Veterans Day, this tradition laden and untarnished process has remained largely unscathed by the La Cosa Nostra’s influence. They ask themselves, “How can we get these guys a national championship, how?”
Here is a question, When does the La Cosa Nostra force the Irish to join the Big East? When this happens, the consolidation of all of the football power into the one conference will mind boggling.

(Holtz shown above, is a an unblushing Irish apologist)
However it appears that nothing is safe in our society anymore. The BCS is now under attack by the left wing drive-by national sports media for “not taking care” of the Irish and the Big East. The brazen push to award Notre Dame and any Big East team a BCS bowl, despite the never ending ass-whippings is soul-crushing. Irish fans, does Michigan and USC ring a bell? The boldness and effrontery of the Big East is puzzling to say least. It can be assumed that the domination of Army, Navy, FIU, Ohio, Rhode Island, Temple, Howard, MTSU and many other worthy foes is a consideration in this bold move to keep Notre Dame and The Big East in the national heart and mind.
La Cosa Nostra is contibuting to our society’s hegemonic environment and humanity destroying, fasco-industrialist corporatacsy through mindless conspicuous consumerism that is not all fulfilling to us here the LWS. These things will end up owning you…like they did with Notre Dame. But we are enjoying the general blitheness and nonchalance of ESPN that is pretty much only possible when in concert with profound arrogance and ignorance. Poetry in motion?
Below are ESPN’s Bowl Projections as of 28 NOV. The red arrows indicate a ‘WTF’ factor that can’t be logically explained. Why would La Cosa Nostra want to embarrass Notre Dame and the Big East with games that they can’t possibly win? It would make more sense to us that these teams be placed in a position to be successful. It must be the precursor, a set-up, to position these super strong teams for the national championship next year.
