What will be the result of the NCAA investigation?  I turned to the only for sure thing in college football to find the answer.  EA Sports NCAA 08.  Yes you bastards, NCAA 08.  Did you think I was going to phone Lou Holtz?  How predictable is NCAA 08 you ask?  Here is all the proof I need.

    Hey Hack, love your website and your insight. That being said, I don’t think Mr. Saban is welcome in the NFL after making the dolphins even worse than they were with the wannstache.

    Saban chose Bama because Wayne was going to fire him from the Dolphins after another year anyways, and he didn’t believe he could ever turn that team around. He was a disaster in the NFL.

    That being said, Saban’s got Bama performing better than anyone thought was possible, but don’t think that anyone is jealous, or that any one team “deserves” to be on top anywhere. There’s too much parity in NCAA I-A these days, every team is on regional or national TV at least once a year; kids don’t have to go to Michigan, Bama, or Florida State anymore to get noticed or to be a star.

    Wouldn’t that be something if Bama got put on probation, suffer from a loss in scholarships, and still had to shell out $4m a year in gauranteed money to a head coach that wasn’t able to do as good as Shula due to NCAA imposed restrictions?

    Better hope you save a scholly for Julio….

    I don’t think much will happen with “Bookgate 07” but as the NCAA 08 goes, I think it is right on as well. Do you watch College football live when the have the SIM game of the week. They have been almost as close to the actual scores almost every week.

    Since when did the administrators of the SAT give out IQ scores??? I always thought the SAT score and the IQ score were totally different because they were 2 different tests???

    Everyone needs to leave Saban the hell ALONE!! HE is the coach at the University of Alabama! HE is the one that has to prepare this team for their next NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP! HE is the one that must put the rest of the teams in the SEC in their place! This is a HIGH-PRESSURE JOB! LET HIM DO IT!

Bammers think “they’re back!” because St. Nick is now leading their football team, and they base this on an absolute spanking on Tenn? Coach O came within 3 of beating you…and we won’t even bring up that game. The lady doth protest too much, methinks. Seems like a lotta’ braggadocio in an off week. Beat LSU, and you might…operative term might get the world to belive that Bama is JUST starting to regain glory. LSU stomps you, then you should regret the running off of Shula. Saban’s a tryst, understand that…and without him, Bama’s a Dynasty on life support. Pray Dorsey doesn’t play on Nov. 3rd…otherwise Sarah Jessica John Wilson Parker has many a date with sod in Bryant-Denny.

I am glad you and the rest of the Sabanation is around to remind us that you “got 12.” Us fans of other, non-superior teams, are just happy that Bama exists so we can have something in the SEC to envy and don’t have to envy Notre Dame, Army, or Harvard’s rich football traditions.

You also haven’t convinced me that Sabanation isn’t an entity that has been created just so you can convince yourself that Glory Days are truly over. Let it be known…we relish Nov. 3rd.

    You also seem to think that coonass is a derogatory term. Apparently we’re not high brow enough to carry the moniker “red neck”, and we’re not into NASCAR like those of you addicted to left turns. My, how we missed out on that giveaway, huh? We’re shattered.
